How do we get there?

Take A55 across Anglesey towards Holyhead. Exit at Junction 5 and take A4080 towards Rhosneigr. Take a right turn opposite the Wayside Stores in Llanfaelog and drive into Rhosneigr. Turn right onto Sandy Lane before you reach the clock. The site is on the right half way along the lane. For contact details and map/directions please click here.

What time can we arrive?

You should be able to occupy your electrical hook-up pitch from 12pm on the day of arrival. It is always worth checking at reception if you arrive prior to midday, as pitches are often vacated in time for earlier occupation, but this is of course not guaranteed.

What time do we need to vacate?

All pitches need to be vacated by 11am on day of departure during the high season.

Can we bring our dog?

Yes, No holiday is complete without your best friend. All dogs are welcome. They must remain on a lead and you must clean up after your dog on the site. There is an exercise field provided where you can spend quality time with your companion!

Can we BBQ on our pitch?

Yes. We just ask that common sense safety precautions are taken and that if you are using the foil tray disposable BBQ that you raise them off the ground to prevent scorching the grass. There are some bricks behind the garage, you are welcome to borrow some from there to use

Can we bring bikes and play ball games?

Yes. We are a very child friendly site and there is plenty of room for bicycles and general play. We ask car drivers to observe the 5mph speed limits and to be aware that children may be playing on bikes. In return we ask parents to ensure that their children are riding sensibly and not at excessive speeds, and are careful when playing near pitches with footballs etc.

Can we walk to the beach and what is it like?

Yes. The nearest beach is approx 10 minutes walking at a leisurely pace. The beaches are being kept clean, and previous visitors will know that the sea water quality is excellent.

I'm on holiday and I don't want to drive. Can I get around by bus or train instead?

Yes. There is a bus stop by the clock and a train station within 10 minutes walk of the caravan site.

What do I do if I need a Doctor or a Dentist on holiday?

If you need a doctor during normal surgery hours, the number of the local surgery is kept at reception.

Can we have day visitors to our pitch?

Day visitors are welcome. Visitors are welcome to use the toilets but this does not include an overnight stay without paying.
